I'm going to go on a limb and say whoever wanted a 360 already had one from last year and the year before that when Gears of War and Halo 3 came out. Sales have been low ever since those two games came out. The new purchasers are all the people who are on the fence because they don't have the income to get a next gen system or they already have a Wii or PS3.
